"Adim" Methanol Lantern |
Hello,
We use it(muffler mender) most on part #50 and not as much on parts #3, #33 but have. Note: part #3 if using the ceramic one it will break when trying to take it off.( using muffler mender) It (muffler mender)will come loose when needed, there’s too much heat given off by the lantern to make it permanent. Eddie BriteLyt Thank you and God Bless!! |

Good Start |
Why would someone need to use Muffler Mender on a lantern? If parts keep coming loose could it be due to poor design? Why is something such as a type of LocTite not added when the lantern is built?
Thank You Etienne |

Muffler Mender is a remedy, should it be required. In most heavy-use cases, there could be a tad bit of metal expansion.
You would not wish to have the parts locked together, permanently, as this would prevent changing parts, as they wear out. This design is the best on the market today! Diana BriteLyt Thank you And God Bless!! |
