When I go to light my Petromax it takes a long time to get it pumped up. Either the pressure gauge isn't working right or the pump isn't.
I got one of those adapters so I could use a bicycle pump which helps a great deal. I have the new style O-ring pump which is rally good but it still takes a long time to pressure up for lighting. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? |

I got the pessure gauge adjusted on my lantern. It doesn't take nearly so long to pump it up now.
